Our Story:

Hi, I’m Aaron Marshall! I started Extra Mile Billing because a friend with a growing and successful therapy business came to me in need. She’d been in business for more than 6 years but could barely collect on enough claims to make payroll! She was working 12 hour days and was exhausted from the stress. She was hoping that my background in business consultation and strategy would help.

I was able to use a combination of technology, persistence, and attention to detail to help her collect 99.9% of her claims and grow by 20% in one year. I quickly realized that she wasn’t alone- so many practices are struggling with the same issues.
