DOES EXTRA MILE CHARGE A START-UP FEE?

No. There is no set-up fee required. However, if you require an Electronic Health Record set-up, we do require a 1-year contract commitment.

IS THERE ANY CONTRACT COMMITMENT?

Our contract is a month-to-month arrangement, we would never want to keep a client in a contract for longer than they desire. There is however a 30-day cancellation notice.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR AUTHORIZATIONS AND PAYMENT POSTING?

No, authorizations/payment posting are included as part of our claim service charge.

HOW OFTEN DOES EXTRA MILE BILL CLAIMS?

We bill each day for our clients in order to ensure you get paid as quickly as possible after services are rendered.

WHEN WOULD I BE BILLED FOR YOUR SERVICES?

We bill once per month only for claims paid during the previous time period. We never seek to put a client in financial hardship by charging for claims that are unpaid.

We are available by email or phone from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. If you are unable to reach us immediately by phone, we will respond to emails or voicemails within 24 hours.
