We started working with Extra Mile Billing 6 months ago after having an in office Biller for several years.  Extra Mile made the transition seamless and was available to answer any and all questions with prompt responses.  They suggested new ideas and processes for us to implement, but was supportive in keeping some of our old processes as they were.  We worked together to make only the changes we felt comfortable with.  Extra Mile continues to provide a priceless resource to our facility 6 months later.  Most importantly, payments from our insurers have been coming in consistently.  As hard as it was to make the decision at the time, it has turned out to be the best decision for our facility.
